I’m an Edinburg native and a third-generation member of the Yoder Ford (Hacienda Ford) family. Growing up in South Texas, I was raised around the car business and, more importantly, around the values that built it. Treating people the right way, working hard, and standing behind what you say you’ll do.

I’ve been fortunate to spend my career in this industry, working my way through different roles at Hacienda Ford in Edinburg, later serving as General Manager in Alice, and now having the privilege to lead the teams at Hacienda Ford of Kingsville and Hacienda Nissan. Along the way, what’s mattered most to me isn’t just the vehicles we sell, it’s the people we serve and the team we build.

I truly believe our dealership is only as strong as the people in it. I’m proud to work alongside a team that cares deeply about doing things the right way and taking care of our guests. Just as important, I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve the Kingsville community and the surrounding areas. This isn’t something I take lightly, our goal is to earn trust, not just business.

One of the reasons we created the “Ask the GM” page is to make sure we follow through on that commitment. If you ever feel like something didn’t go the way it should have, or if there’s anything we can do better, I want to hear from you directly. This page is here to give our customers a clear, open line of communication and to ensure that no concern goes unheard. To me, accountability matters, and this is one way I can personally stand behind the experience we provide.

A big part of who I am was shaped by my father, who had a deep appreciation for the history of South Texas and a gift for storytelling. Some of my favorite memories are listening to him share stories about the people and communities that built this region. That perspective stuck with me, it’s a reminder that businesses don’t exist in a vacuum; they’re part of a larger story, and how we treat people matters.

Outside of the dealership, I enjoy spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, being with family and friends, and traveling when I can. I also share life with my two dogs, Beau and Miles, who keep things interesting.
